[Lists] “cash-for-kids” clause

[Christopher Rozitis]

Bill 22 has a “cash-for-kids” clause, which would see some teachers being
paid extra for having classes that exceed 30 students. Does this mean that
online teachers with more than 210 students would get more $$  :)
